Well it seems I shall dawn my very pointy hat on at this moment. After careful assessment of the financial situations of purchasing land and parcelling it off to tenants I came to the conclusion that... I gooft.

gooft=screwed up

SO without moving too much around if any the land has been redivided, more centre has been added and more storefront parcel as well as more homestead... enough to invariably pay for the lands. So here's the revision set out already at the Town Hall..
