Shanghai was an afterthought, an idea I came up with one night to create an asian inspired themed city. Mt St Helens was put on hold and all efforts were turned twoards something I was unsure would even go well among the steamlanders.

The Shanghai slums, a row of rickety housing lined up along the waterfront.

The famous Shanghai Pagoda modeled after a RL pagoda.

I was there last night and today and it's looking great! Wonderful dream.
It's quite amazing, and the theme fits in well with the rest of the turn-of-the-century Pacific Northwest. It will be interesting to see how it evolves!
