technically Harborside has been ordered.
... also technicalities prevent Harborside from being ordered. Its in a 'rez zone' meaning no regions can be ordered without calling concierge. Concierge says, either we allow the sim or we move Steelhead.
So updates soon to follow as soon as I strangle a linden.

Talked to Dee Linden, some dude I cannot remmeber his name then Rowman Linden and called yet again and talked to another Linden... when I went to finally purhcase it after all the red tape was cleared... guess what?
